Engineering Beyond The Battery Pack
From cell to busbar to BMS — Singapore's only authorised team certified to go this deep.
Five Capabilities, One Standard
NEO ENERGY supplies, engineers, diagnoses, and supports EV battery systems throughout their operational life. Component-level repair is one of the ways we do that.
Component-Level Repair
Down to individual cells, busbars, and BMS boards — not just pack swaps.
Preventive Maintenance
Scheduled inspection and servicing that catches issues before they become failures.
Corrective Maintenance
Diagnostics-led repair that restores packs to factory specification.
Diagnostics & Testing
Cell-level and pack-level testing against the same standards as the original manufacturer.
Safety & Quality Assurance
Every repair verified against GB 38031-2020 and manufacturer tolerances.

Why Go Component-Level?
A battery pack isn't one component; it's an assembly of individual cells, busbars connecting them, and a battery management system (BMS) monitoring all of it. A fault in one cell group, a stressed busbar joint, or a BMS board reading incorrectly doesn't mean the other 90% of the pack has failed — it means one identifiable part has.
A full pack replacement discards cells that were still performing correctly, and a new pack still has to be integrated and verified against the vehicle's own systems. A precise component repair, verified to the same certification standard the pack was built to, restores exactly what failed — nothing more, nothing less.
Diagnose. Repair. Verify.
Diagnose
Cell-level and pack-level testing identifies exactly which component has failed — not just that the pack has.
Repair
Component-level work down to the cell, busbar, or BMS board, restoring the pack to factory specification.
Verify
Every repair checked against GB 38031-2020 and the manufacturer's own tolerances before it goes back out.
Every repair is verified against GB 38031-2020 — the same standard the pack was originally built to.
